History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: She is fixated on the number 15. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting drow, the young Gynnie began to lead the lost caravan. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She has shaved her head bald. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Egelina grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Egelina. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
