History: Rimple was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Glassblower. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Glassblower for hire.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hobart embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He worked as a nervous Bricklayer and found it very stressful. He struck the Bricklayer job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to end his boredom

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bricklayer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has never given up on her music dream.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Alexandre hails from a village terrorized by drow. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Laborer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Laborer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Laborer job and began his own company from there.
