History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Shamil was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Guard they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Tanner, and she later adopted a second son.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Ownka was born the youngest of three triplets. When Ownka reached her early adolescence her Half-Orc father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
