History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Gilthur was a troubled youth. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. History: Sumnes lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying east to reunite her family. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Irann was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the giants.
