Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He got into the Shepherd business at a young age. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Jak took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up glaive and armor he uses now. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Shepherd for the past few years.

History: Silaqui hails from a village terrorized by giants. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She became a Scribe soon after.

Through the years after Ulla was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ulla's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born in a small desert village. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has never given up on his poetry dream.
