Personality: Tricking is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. The war was a terrible time for him, and Tricking does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She hates goblins. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the south were limited. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Half-Elven compassion; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Expand her business; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

History: Drifting was born with his mother's beautiful face. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
