Description: A 3'2" northern woman, she wears a blue tunic with black highlights, and long yellow pants that bunch up around her shoes. Her white hair is heavily combed to the right. Her green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: She got into the Guard business at a young age. Donella abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears a green vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her pastel leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her green boots flare out at the collars. Her dark red hair is greasy and uncared for. She has a tattooed face.
Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing singing.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Kallista liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her quarterstaff with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt, and carries quarterstaffs. She has done her best to style her blonde hair to look like a famous performer. Her hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: She was born in a small plains village. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she wears skinny pants and wears a green and yellow robe with the hood down. Her silver hair, when down, is lengthy. Her eyes are red and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bricklayer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has achieved small success as a Bricklayer.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and further expansion of business

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and pastel handkerchief worn on his right side. His golden hair has been sun bleached extensively. He is baby faced.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Rurik hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and someone believes him a fraud
