History: Gilkass was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Gilkass was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Gilkass's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Thiala was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gifted student she started as a Animal Trainer, but she got bored and became a Slave Trader. She struck the Slave Trader job and began her own company from there.

History: She was born into a rich family. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Ishgha lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
