History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His first spouse was a Shepherd, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and to reunite with his absent mother

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Carter arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gifted student she started as a Guard, but she got bored and became a Carter. She has achieved small success as a Carter.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
