History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Lia was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Lia's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

History: Born in the south to a Mason, Quick learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.
