History: Gorbundus lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was born in a small island village. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Scribe for hire.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Ekemon took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she wears a brown armored body suit, with a simple black line shooting up and back down. She has no hair. She has a dull look in her blue eyes.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Oriel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
