Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. She is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around her ears. Her eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a violet top hat and violet clothes. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Elves. Her skin is light but she possesses many pastel ritualistic tattoos. She prefers to wear tan clothing when she does not wear armor. Her chestnut hair is long and unkept. Her amber eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. The war was a terrible time for her, and Irann does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Description: This late middle aged woman wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during and is in decent physical shape. Her auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: She was born in the west. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and she desires power and/or immortality

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears just a white suit. Her silver hair is braided into rings. Her half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She is mildly Halfling supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.
