Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A gifted student he started as a Butcher, but he got bored and became a Cartwright. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: An older man who is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured, he is not a threatening figure. He has a very tight haircut. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: 6'1" and muscular, this southern woman wears a green collared shirt and pastel skirt. She accessorizes with a blue scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt. Her silver hair is still thick. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears just a green suit. His long red crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. The war was a terrible time for him, and Mehen does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he feels kind of lost in life
