History: He was born into a rich family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ar-Pratu grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ar-Pratu. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. A freak accident while working with her Tanner father left her crippled. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mara fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
