He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: Ulblyn was born with his father's beautiful face. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She got into the Engraver business at a young age. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She tends to her Engraver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
