Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tabaxis in Trail's homeland. Trail decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: Abad hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She hates goblins. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants revenge against goblins; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes
