Description: She is in excellent shape and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her silver hair is long and unkept. Her eyes are gray and beady.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Sarah was born on a far western island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Shoemaker. After a long history of fighting, Sarah and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and retire the richest woman in the west

Description: He wears a brown vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His red leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his brown boots flare out at the collars. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around his ears. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Baern was born the youngest of three triplets. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: She is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly swords and scythes. Her golden hair is thinning but still full. She has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.
Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Being a Barkeep kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Mercenary business.
History: She was born in the north. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Ethereal alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and balancing her hectic life and new mercenary responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Carpenter arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.
Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and to reunite with her absent father
