History: Seere was born with her mother's beautiful face. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has money and likes to spend it
