She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Quilla was born with her mother's beautiful face. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is her passion

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
