Personality: Wiggens hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. History: Cloud was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now owns his own business.
