Personality: Anselm wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Rogue, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
