Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. She keeps her long auburn hair kept up in a rat tail. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are gray.
Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.

Description: This southern man prefers to wear black clothing when he does not wear armor. His clothes are grease stained in places. He wears his scarlet crest down. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: Torinn was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Torinn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Torinn. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Spice Merchant born in the past three hundred years. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Adelaide grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Her mother worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled mother and took her mother's old job. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and to unite with her brother

Description: She is scrawny and has patchy white stubble. She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. She has a hunchback. Her white hair is wavy and long. Her eyes are likewise brown. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Bree was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
Motivation: She wants revenge against dire rats.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.
