Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has brown eyes and a brown hat with a pastel feather.
Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He was born in the north. Everard was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Everard decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a fancy violet suit. His white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Spy.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and further expansion of business

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she is greedy

Description: She wears a white shirt with thin violet vertical stripes and brown pants. Her blonde hair is wavy and long. She has violet eyes and a white hat with a violet feather.
Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.
History: She was born into a rich family. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Dee grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Dee. After months of barely getting by, Dee managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: Hogar wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: He comes from a rich northern family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality
