Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Anne was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Through the years after Drusilia was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Drusilia's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Drusilia fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: The child of a Miller, who enjoyed hunting, Justin was taken on many hunting expeditions. He found a children's book about a Human Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.
