He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Born in the east to a Healer, Lucan learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Lucan alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He struck the Healer job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and someone believes her a fraud
