When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Gifted from a young age, Emerald studied abroad. His druidic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has taken up work as a Painter and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Personality: He is a Doctor first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: Burto is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He found a children's book about a Halfling Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and he's looking for his big break

History: Gifted from a young age, Roger studied abroad. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Roger was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and a deep hatred of illithids
