History: Gifted from a young age, Engong studied abroad. Her first spouse was a Slave Trader, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country.
