History: Qualen was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He bought a glaive and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His first spouse was a Fisher, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mayor and was forced into it by his family; and he is unsatisfied with his job
