History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nicholas grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Her broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Navigator. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Navigator.
