History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tiefling people; and she would like to get married and retire

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Mumpena will drive conversation. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Mumpena grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Mumpena. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.
