History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Nikki lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Shipwright. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: He got into the Navigator business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Navigator. Recently the stress of being a Navigator has made it difficult for him to sleep.
