Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she tends to wear a large brown jacket. She has shaved her head bald. Her half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Sailor business.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: This dark-skinned male is dressed in an above average manner. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His silver hair and beard is wavy and long. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Ernest was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Herbalist. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Description: An older woman who wears many layers of old clothing at all times, she is not a threatening figure. Her white hair is knotted and matted. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Panana was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Panana liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
