History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Horza liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. Being a Shipwright kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and doesn't want to be a shipwright and was forced into it by her family

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has achieved small success as a Tanner.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Tanner responsibilities is difficult; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ribbles grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
