History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Adran never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Assassin arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
