Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Ogthrak was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
