He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He has dyed his greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: The child of a Baker, who enjoyed hunting, Rael was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Rael took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up flail and armor he uses now. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion; and he's looking for his big break

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She wears many layers of old clothing at all times. Her crest is copper and curly. Her eyes are red.

Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Findex is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Born to a Masseuse, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Masseuse they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Carpenter, and she later adopted a second son.

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His auburn hair is heavily combed to the right. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Sailor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. After months of barely getting by, Bundrigo managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and seeks redemption

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dalaba grew up listening to her mother's many stories. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Priest. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Priest and occasionally as a mercenary.

Personality: Vanuath is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born in the north to a Doctor, Vanuath learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
