History: He was born in the north. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Varis enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Varis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Glassblower and found it very stressful. He became a Glassblower soon after.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Her top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Barber. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To be a Mason again; and balancing her hectic life and new barber responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Born to a Mason, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and obtaining odd cultural tiefling artifacts is his passion
