History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

History: Rivaan was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His parents enrolled him in a Adept school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Weaver arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Emeny was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Through the years after Emeny was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Emeny's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
