History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She saw the violence of war and the aftermath so she converted to religion and dedicated herself to non-violence.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Shadow grew up listening to her father's many stories. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
