History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Emerald has worked very hard to control her curse. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When Gerard reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
