Description: This exceptionally lanky man has a large tan mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his green robe. He has a long brown beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Kipper is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Kipper lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kipper fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: He is a husky man, who wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized grey coat. His hair is long and blonde with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His skin is flawless and his violet eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Gardener but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Gardener arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he tends to wear a large green jacket. He has moderate length rusty crest. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and to protect his home

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He has styled his scarlet crest well, parting it to the right. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Shipwright they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Tanner, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. She keeps her white hair in a flapper bob. Her violet eyes peer out from beneath her wide-brimmed tan hat.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She can't help but pocket interesting objects she comes across

History: Born to a Ploughman, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Syllin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Syllin. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and a strong sense of loyalty to gnomish people
