History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Sarai alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Shepherd born in the past three hundred years. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Shepherd work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shepherd work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. A freak accident while working with her Tailor father left her crippled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
