She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Cook. Recently the stress of being a Cook has made it difficult for her to sleep.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Hecat was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
