Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Dwarf, and stands approximately 4'5". He wears long strands of amber and short grey dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths, and his gloved hand is found clutching a sword. He keeps his auburn hair in a flapper bob. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: Kilvar was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She uses divination through singing.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and to end her boredom

Description: This southern woman is abnormally tall. She wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. She wears a top hat to cover her moderate length black hair. Her hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Emen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Emen. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: He wears a green vest and prefers yellow and white shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his glaive, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. His long gold crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. His red eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Shedinn was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and revenge

Description: She wears grey robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a warhammer, but if one is not available she will default to her greatsword. She carries with her a set of greatswords on her belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. Her silver hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult.
