History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Malquis was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Malquis's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born in the east to a Servant, Elysande learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her father worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled father and took her father's old job. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers.
