History: Skak was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Raer was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Raer's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Gardener they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Dyer, and he later adopted a second daughter.
