Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
