Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. After coming to the age of reason, Fabien took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
