Personality: Ombul wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Aristocrat, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Ombul lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

History: Born in the north to a Apothecary, Rosamund learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
