History: Born to a Farmer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Her silver eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She hates drow. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Priest profession.

History: Born in the west to a Knight, Shax learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her childhood dream was to be a Priest, but she was a colossal failure. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Knight.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Knight responsibilities is difficult; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: Tenena was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She struck the Navigator job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

History: Lance lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Layabout born in the past three hundred years. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Layabout. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job
